- 7-Day Return Window: You must initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving your order. We are unable to process any return requests submitted after this period.
- Proof Requirement: To ensure prompt assistance, we request that you take a clear unboxing video while opening your package. This video should visibly capture the unopened package and the condition of the item upon initial inspection. This proof helps us quickly validate any damage claims.

- Store Credit Issuance: Upon approval of your return, we will issue a store credit equal to the purchase value of the damaged item(s). This credit can be redeemed on future purchases at Trends of India.
- Non-Refundable Payment: Please note that we do not offer refunds to the original payment method, only store credit.
4. Important Conditions
- Video Documentation: An unboxing video is required as evidence to support claims for damaged items. Without this video, returns may be subject to denial.
- Condition of Returned Items: Items must be in their original condition with tags intact, unwashed, and unworn. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these standards.
- Non-Returnable Items: Items that are used, altered, or have missing tags do not qualify for returns.
5. Additional Information
- Shipping Costs for Returns: If your return is approved, Trends of India will cover return shipping costs for damaged items.
- Final Sale Items: Some products, including those marked "Final Sale" or custom-stitched items, are not eligible for returns under any circumstances.
